The Mill is one of the oldest buildings in the region. Originally built by General Mariano Vallejo in 1839 to harvest redwood and Douglas fir trees. In 1856, Vallejo sold The Mill to one of the area's first winemakers, Joshua Chauvet, who converted it to a grist mill, using the grind stones his father had brought to California from France.

The food here is very very good. I loved their fries and the vegetables are so fresh. The most memorable here is their servers. The servers here everyone provides world class service. Would love to come back here if we have a chance. The heater for the outdoor patio is nice. The chicken wings is a must order.
Excellent service and great food. The green outdoor seating is peaceful. Added bonus is that they are very dog friendly, providing iced bowls of water and dog treats.
