Wood Fired Flat Bread with Garbanzo Bean Hummus, and Crispy Chickpeas

This appetizer is one you should definitely try! It was made with Edamame Bean Hummus this time and it was delicious! The bread comes out toasted and warm with the hummus spread on top sprinkled with crunchy chick-peas. So so yummy!! I fell in love with The Mill in 2020. The beautiful gardens, rumbling creeks and historical mill lure you in. First you are greeted with such kind hospitality... then you get to experience the magic of the food. The Executive Chef, Dana creates elegant tastes on casual cuisine. My favorite item is the Wood Fired House Pizza. The cheese is melted into the fresh fire roasted veggies and comes with a little baby-greens salad tossed in light lemon vinaigrette right on top of the pizza (I recommend spreading it out and enjoying it with each pizza slice). It never disappoints! The owner, Sanjeev makes you feel right at home and really cares about your experience. His care is emulated through all of the staff. Come experience The Mill for yourself!

Poached Ora King Salmon with baby boy choy, marble potatoes, summer veggies and citrus beurre blanc

From the luscious tomato bisque, through the perfectly roasted veggies, creamy mashed potatoes, delicate salmon and my, oh, my the kheer rice pudding- every bite was heaven. Add the warm, personal service and cozy atmosphere- who could ask for a better evening?

Cheese Pizza with Crushed Tomato, Mozzarella Cheese, and bitter greens

My Mom and I went to The Mill at Glen Ellen for the last dinner of our visit to the area. The ambiance, staff, restaurant, and food were fabulous! We elected to eat inside but there is ample outdoor seating in a lovely setting. We ordered 2 glasses of iced tea which came with the garnish of mint and a live flower - so beautiful! That wonderful touch set the tone for our dinner. Our waiter was such a sweet and wonderful young man. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He was fantastic. We ordered the Cheese Pizza with Crushed Tomato, Mozzarella Cheese, sausage and bitter greens. It was incredibly delicious and just as beautiful! We were floored when it was brought out. I wish I could add the picture I took! We also ordered the pork chop which was juicy and delicious. I will definitely go back again the next time I'm in the area. Thank you for a memorable visit!

(Vegan/Gluten Free) Spicy Crispy fried Tofu with Sweet Gochujang Sauce, Crushed Peanuts, Green Onion

I recently enjoyed a meal at The Mill with friends. We shared a selection the of appetizers and menu items and really loved each and every single item! The crispy tofu was my favorite! I also enjoyed a mocktail made with a homemade apple cider vinegar shrub that was not only delicious but beautifully presented. We found the service to be 10/10 and I will definitely be back.

(Vegetarian) - Butternut Squash Ravioli with Braising Greens, Roasted Chestnut, and Lemon Cream Sauce

Because of my last visit here, I've been exploring more vegetarian options. So headfirst I dove...because who does not love butternut squash ravioli. This dish did not disappoint. It had all my favorites.....squash, greens, chestnuts, lemon. Each distinguishable, but all contributing to the greater whole. SO YUM!
